Hawaiian Hut is owned, and operated by a local graduate from Crater High School.
On February 27th, 2012, we opened our doors to our first location in Central Point, Oregon with a small staff of seven employees. Today Hawaiian Hut has a staff of over 40 employees, and four restaurants. Our new location was built in Ashland in 2025, with high hopes of more locations in the Rogue Valley.
